How long does it take before my web site will be active?

we will just list your postal address and fax number on your web site, which means that you will receive all your orders and correspondence via postal mail or fax. Please remember that this will have a big impact on the result factor of the success of your web site.

we over a PA Services to non computer owners, that will work as follow;
- if you have a fax machine at your home then we can link an e-mail account to your web site that we will administrate on your behalf,
- the visitor will send us the e-mail, our server will convert it to a fax and send it to your home fax number, from where you can either correspond with the client or phone and fax them.
- should you like to send an e-mail to a client then you can fax it to us on a 086 number that will be linked to your e-mail account. Our server will then convert it and send it to your client, you will receive a conversation report of delivery via fax.
- This PA Service is additional and priced as follow;
- R100,00 per month, for the first 50 e-mails
- R250,00 per month, for the first 150 e-mails
- R350,00 per month, for unlimited e-mails
- Should your e-mail conversions exceed the PA Service option you currently have, then we will inform you and make arrangements to upgrade your PA Service option You will have to sign an upgrade PA Service Application before we can upgrade your billing profile
How does the payment work?
- When signing the rental contract, you will also sign a debit order which allow us to collect your monthly installment direct from your bank account.
- However you can do a monthly internet transfer should you prefer to do so.
- We will supply you with a monthly statement for your record purposes.
What will happen if I don’t pay my monthly fee?
- We will send you an E-mail and phone you to confirm that either your debit order transaction was unsuccessful or that we haven’t received your payment yet.
- We will give you 5 working days to do the necessary payment and provide us with proof of payment.
- Should you neglect to adhere to our request for payment, we shall suspend you services by redirecting all you web site traffic back to our main web site.
- We can charge you a reconnect service fee of R50,00 payable in advance to reconnect your web site again.
What will my monthly cost be?
- You pay only for the solution stipulated in your rental contract.
- There are no other costs involved, guaranteed!
How long is the term of the rental contract?
- We suggest not shorter than 1 year, because the search engines does not always respond equally to all web site, although we do our best to make it happened.
- You determine the length of the contract.
How do I stop the contract?
- As in all contracts and by law you have to give one calendar month notice.
What happen with my web site after I canceled my contract?
- We delete your web site from our server and put a redirect in its place to redirect all the traffic to our main web site.
